Ich habe in Google nur so etwas wie "Zähler-Chip" gefunden, überzeugt mich aber nicht so richtig. Vielleicht nur "Zähler"? Weiß jemand mehr? |

Es gibt auch "Zeitsteuerung", aber das bezieht sich imho meist wirklich auf Millisekunden abwärts, zumal es hier ja im engeren Sinne eher um eine Synchronisierung der Lage als der Zeit geht. |

Vielleicht wusstest du es schon, aber hier gibt zumindest eine Erklärung wofür die Markierung gut ist:
Das zu bedruckende Papier wird mit einem 21 cm breiten Transportgummiband an der Belichterwalze vorbeigeführt. Eine Gummibandumdrehung entspricht der Beförderungsleistung genau eines DIN A4-Blattes. Damit der Drucker auch bei kleineren Blättern weiß, wann eine Runde rum ist, gibt es ein etwa 1x1cm großes silber Rechteck auf dem Band, das von einem Reflektorlichtschranke registriert wird. Ist das Transportband nicht richtig auf den Umlaufwalzen zentriert, sieht die Lichtschranke das passierende silberne Quadrat nicht und der Fehler wird gemeldet.
