"The phrase: “to Bond” is used with our XYZ product. Briefly, when a new XYZ transmitter and receiver are placed in service they must be paired. Bonding establishes which of the available communication channels the pair will use.
“to Bond” is part of an instruction: “Press ► to Bond” for example. The attached page from the XYZ manual explains the bonding procedure."
Da kann natürlich keiner drauf kommen, zumal XYZ ein komplett anderes Produkt ist als der Monitor, für den ich hier eigentlich übersetze.
