Hallo,

In meinem Text geht es um ein Arbeitsspeichermodul. Hier der Satz:

The newly-unveiled XXXX dual channel memory kit provides the high speed and capacity on the Intel P67 and Z68 Sandy Bridge platforms and is backwards compatible with the existing P55 platform.

It runs at CL9-11-9-27 with 1.65 voltage, using advanced process 256Mb x 8 chips, which are screened and tested with the advanced test fixture and **programs under diversified parameters of voltage and time sequences**.

Ich frage mich wie der letzte Satzteil, der mit dem mir hier schwer verständlichen "programs under" eingeleitet wird zu verstehen ist.

Beim Testen von Halbleiterchips werden die Anschlüsse des Chips mit Nadeln kontaktiert (wenns noch der nackte Chip ist) bzw. in einen Prüfadapter gesteckt (wenn er schon auf ein Modul montiert ist). Der Halbleitertester fährt dann ein Prüfprogramm durch, wobei Versorgungs-und Signalspannungen, die Länge der Signale, An-und Abstiegsflanken usw. variiert werden und ausgewertet wird, wann der Chip nicht mehr richtig funktioniert - bei Speicherchips einfach dadurch, dass man die Zellen mit Testmustern beschreibt und dann wieder ausliest und schaut, ob das drin steht, was man erwartet. Die Dinger müssen ja laut Spezifikation eine gewisse Toleranz bei den Signalen vertragen, mit denen sie angesteuert werden.
