Meiner Meinung nach wird "track" hier als Kurzform für "track record" verwendet. Ich würde daher in etwa übersetzen:
"Ein Großteil der Informationen, die Sie benötigen, findet sich bereits in der Bewertungshistorie. Sollten Sie Fragen haben, können Sie sich gerne über das Formular rechts an uns wenden."
