English to German translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Computers: Systems, Networks / communication busses | | English term or phrase: broadcast-in connection | In dem zu übersetzenden Patent geht es um Netzwerke, die aus mehreren Kommunikationsbussen aufgebaut sind, an die die verschiedenen Knoten teils drahtgebunden, teils drahtlos angebunden sind, und drahtlose Verbindungen zwischen Knoten desselben Busses oder verschiedener Busse, wobei mehrere Busse derart miteinander verbunden werden sollen, dass sie allen Beteiligten im System als ein einziger Bus erscheinen.
Kontext:
A broadcast-out connection is a connection of a talker node to a broadcast channel, while a ***broadcast-in connection*** is a connection of a listener node to a broadcast channel. An application establishing a broadcast-out connection does in general

Als Arbeitsbegriff habe ich "kommende Verbindung" verwendet, angesichts der Definition bin ich aber damit noch nicht wirklich glücklich.
Kann das jemand als korrekt bestätigen oder einen besseren Vorschlag machen?

Statt "kommend" würde ich auf jeden Fall "eingehend" (und als Gegenteil dann "ausgehend") verwenden. Das ist eigentlich eine recht übliche Art die Signalrichtung zu beschreiben.

P.S., wenn Du "broadcast" noch etwas spezifischer übersetzung willst, dann würde entsprechend des Kontextes hier auch etwas wie "eingehende Datenübertragungsverbindung" gehen (wird dann allerdings schon wieder so ein Wortungetüm.. :-)) |
