Ich kenne nur lokale Bezeichnungen, z.B. Entwicklernetz (ohne Verbindung nach außen) vs. Büronetz (auch nicht unsicher, aber mit Internet und so); als Analogon zu clean vs. dirty, septisch vs. aseptisch, secure vs. unsecure scheint mit sicher vs. unsicher am angebrachtesten.

Explanation:
Ich wuerde hier auf DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) tippen. Dirty network gibt auch im englischen relativ wenig relevante google-Treffer, deshalb denke ich dass man beim uebersetzen den Kompromiss machen koennte.

agree  Konrad Schultz: Guter Tip, der Link führt weiter zu dirty DMZ oder dirty net, also in diesem Sinne nicht zu einer Übersetzung, oder über wiki.hackerboard.de/index.php/DMZ_(demilitarized_zone) zu einer "offenen DMZ". Das ist exakt, aber sehr fachsprachlich.
