Ich übersetze einen längeren Text über die Anpassung einer speziellen Software an die Bedürfnisse des Kunden.
Innerhalb dieses Textes ist immer wieder von einem "Project Steering Commmittee" die Rede, wie würdet Ihr das übersetzen:

z.B.:
"Any anticipated changes to the Project Organization must be communicated to the Steering Committee within five (5) working days. The Steering Committee will evaluate the impact of any core team replacement on the Project’s schedule and cost"

Asker: Ich hab die Übersetzung natürlich (unter anderem auch bei Leo) gesehen. Aber das klingt so furchtbar hochtrabend. Wird das wirklich so verwendet?

Bei der Fragestellung ging es nicht um das Projekt. Es steht da in Deutsch, also habe ich es bei meiner Antwort ausgeklammert.
