Da es sich um ein Patent handelt, ist eine recht wörtliche Übersetzung wohl nicht fehl am Platz. Der entscheidende Begriff ist "connection framework", also ein Verbindungsgerüst oder Verbindungsrahmen, in dem und mit dem die Verbindungen hergestellt werden. Ich würde eher Verbindungsgerüst wählen, da es sich bei Verbindungsrahmen in Verbindung mit Verfahren nach einem Rahmenverfahren anhört (und Verbindungsrahmen-Verfahren" sieht einfach albern aus). Ich habe aber auch ergoogelt (mangels entsprechender Einträge in relevanten Wörterbüchern), dass "Connection Framework" auch im Deutschen verwendet wird, wäre also auch eine Möglichkeit.
