Die Übergabe von Meldungen der Priorität ‚sehr hoch‘ findet gemäß dem Follow-the-Sun-Prinzip dreimal täglich statt: nachmittags von Walldorf nach Philadelphia, nachts von Philadelphia nach Singapur und morgens von Singapur nach Walldorf. So ist gewährleistet, dass neu eingehende Meldungen unabhängig vom Sitz des Kunden ohne Unterbrechung bearbeitet werden.
Demnach werden also Anfragen, die von einer Stelle in der regulären Arbeitszeit nicht erledigt werden können, zur Fertigstellung (oder Weiterbearbeitung) an eine andere Zeitzone weitergereicht.
Wie man das kurz ausdrücken kann, weiß ich allerdings auch nicht.
