Hello All,

I am looking for a suitable translation for "effective date" in below context.

I checked all the glossaries and dictionaries but I'm not sure whether the translations I found there are suitable.

I also have the demo video that this script refers to, and there "effective date" appears along with "property title" in the property menu of the word file the person mentioned is working on.

Translations I found so far are:

I think it is in the end a record as to when the document has last been updated or worked on but I'm just not sure enough about it.

Explanation:
Wenn der Autor alte Charts aus der Firmentruhe holt und seinen Bericht damit aufpeppt, halte ich Berichtsdatum für angebracht.
Alles andere (Wirksamkeit, Inkraftreten usw.) würde ich für Verträge usw. aufsparen. Seine Unfallstatistik wirkt ja nicht in die Zukunft (wenn sie denn überhaupt wirkt).
