cyberslacking wird auch cyberloafing genannt und der Gebraucher ist ein "Cyberloaf". Es gibt kein kurzes, treffendes deutsches Wort dafür. Ich schlage vor, cyberslacking oder besser eben cyberloafing zu belassen und in Klammern zu erklären.
