Hallo allerseits,
Ich übersetze gerade ein Endlos-Handbuch: Software (von Oracle) für ein Unternehmen, wobei es um Artikelsuche/-erstellung/-verwaltung etc. geht.

Das Skript ist übersät von Screenshots, die entweder als "windows" angekündigt werden, oder eben als "form", je nachdem was gerade angezeigt wird. Die "forms" sind dann dabei die Bereiche, in denen der Anwender irgendwelche Daten eingeben kann/muss. Allerdings bin ich mir hier bei der deutschen Begrifflichkeit grade so gar nicht sicher.

Mir fallen im Moment ein: Formular, Maske, Formblatt oder Eingabebereich. Irgendetwas davon richtig und gebräuchlich?

Asker: Ich muss zugeben, dass mir die "Oracle-Forms" als solche bis gerade eben kein Begriff waren. Hab mich mal kurz übers (englische) Wikipedia informiert und würde schon sagen, dass das in der Tat diese "forms" sind. Aber hier spricht ein Laie...

Explanation:
Wenn der Anwender in den forms Eingaben machen muss/kann, würde ich die dann auch entsprechend Eingabemaske nennen.

agree  Kinga Elsewesi-Korcsmaros: Ich würde es auch als "Eingabemaske" übersetzen, wenn der Feld gemeint ist wo der Anwender Eingaben macht.
