The multi-party nature of the proposed reseller deals would signify a further loosening of XY's sales policy. While the US-based company has already agreed to sell through multiple carriers in some countries and is still rumored to be selling units through third party resellers in Australia, the German deal is the first to see more than one third-party store reportedly get approval to carry the handset.

Sind hier Reseller über Drittanbieter gemeint? Oder genügt im Deutschen nur "Reseller"?

neutral  Birgit Gläser: Händler sind immer extern, bei Vertreiber bekomme ich Gänsehaut und Vertriebsorganisation ist es ja anscheinend gerade nicht. Distributoren ist mir auch zu organisiert, vielleicht einfach nur "andere Händler/Anbieter", wenn es denn Deutsch sein soll ;-)

  -> Beim Einstieg in einen neuen regionalen Markt geht es für ein Unternehmen doch immer darum, eine eigene Vertriebsorganisation zu gründen oder externe Partner zu suchen. Die Betonung des externen Aspekts wird im Original durch ‚third pary’ reflektiert…
