So würde ich das hier übersetzen. Bei diesem Volumen muss wohl anhand einer kleineren Auswahl aus den insgesamt 650.000 Seiten zunächst ermittelt werden, wie gut oder schnell sich diese digitalisieren lassen, bevor ein erstes Angebot gemacht werden kann.
