Asker: hi teresa, thank you for your note. I think you are right. do you have a proper german translation? klebestreifen would be improper since the text to be translated deals with an adhesive which can stick to various materials as eg. carpet grippers.

  -> ich weiss nicht, ob das Band gemeint ist, im Web gibt es Bilder und diese Streifen werden dort sogar genagelt (naja, vielleicht ist in England doch feuchter ;0)
