This report is in the form of a construction method statement (CMS) and it outlines proposed measures to minimise and mitigate construction impacts not only on the existing communities, but the new communities to be established within the settlement. So heißen diese Dokumente offiziell in D. Zu beachten ist, dass hier nicht nur bautechnische Verfahren beschrieben werden, sondern auch alle Fragen zur Sicherheit und Gesundheit am Arbeitsplatz. Unter Umständen müsste man also den Sicherheitstechnischen Aspekt noch getrennt im Ausdruck erwähnen. Ein genauerer Einblick in die einschlägigen deutschen Vorschriften dazu würde Erhellung bringen.
