Tech/Engineering - Construction / Civil Engineering
English term or phrase: civil work
It's about business restructuring of a company that produces mostly car equipment such as filters and cylinders of all kinds:

"'Racing' is proposed to transfer by the end of 2008. Engineerung and civil work is needed in [place of plant] to receive the strip production line, which is planned to move by Q2 2009."

Hoch- und Tiefbauarbeiten
Explanation:

Aushub, Maschinenfundamente usw.
