Plot area: 11870 sq.m.

**CA**: 40%
Height: 15 m.
Function: Art Gallery.

It seems "covered" area is also translated variously as "überbaute Fläche", "überdachte Fläche" and even "versiegelte Fläche". Please consider my confidence level downgraded (for the German translation at least).

In response to your question: I don't think so. if you Google - "covered area" "built-up area" - the two figures are often different for the same property.
