English term or phrase: Compounding Bldg and Compound Celstran Bldg
In a description of crane accidents, the text describes the exact setting where one of the incidents took place, which is on a stairway to a staffold betwen the two mentioned Buildings:
"...between the Compounding Bldg and the Compound Celstran Bldg."

I dont know what they are building and have asked the client for further details, but does anybody have an idea what they might be talking about?
