Provide a temporary site establishment area of 1000m2 for use by the Tenant and his contractors, outside but adjacent to the Tenant’s Works; this area is to have a weatherproofed hard surface, together with hard standing access to and from the surrounding road system with the right for the Tenant and his contractors to have complete and unhindered access at all times to the Tenant Works via this area.
Provide temporary foul and surface drainage to the area in 1.9.1 above together with a cold water supply and electricity. Temporary telephones will be obtained by the Tenant’s contractor which may involve gaining access to the development outside the area noted in 1.9.1. above.
Provide a 2.4m high security fence around the Tenant’s establishment area to a design and detail, including gates, which is to be approved by the Tenant.
Should means of escape corridors or passageways be required by the Fire Authority or other statutory body from other Tenant’s units then careful consideration should be given to its route adjacent or through the Tenant’s demise.
Allowance should be made for the Tenant’s own carnage or hoisting requirements in terms of lifting roof plant etc. outside of demise area.
