At handover, provide all necessary full height hoardings to external and mall shop front openings, all decorated to Tenant’s requirements. The hoardings are to be left for use by the Tenant’s contractor and to comply with the Tenant’s insurance requirements. The Developer and his contractors are to allow the Tenant to move the shop front hoardings into the mall in order to install the shop fronts. Provide adequate and sufficient signage to Tenant approval and requirement to identify the building and its means of access. If phasing of the development or access prior to formal completion date should expose the Tenant’s demise to the elements, then the Developer shall take all necessary steps to ensure that it will remain wind and weather tight at all times to allow the Tenant’s works to progress continuously.
