Dein Vorschlag passt genau, ist nur ein wenig zu lang, um als Abschnittspunkt im Inhaltsverzeichnis so angeführt zu werden. Daher war mein Vorschlag:

Roof Top Plant and Plant Rooms = Dachanlagen und Technikräume (Dachinstallationen ginge wohl auch)

Nicht korrekt ! Es geht hier NICHT um Pflanzen, sondern um Installationen! (Also Außenanlagen, wie man sie regelmäßig auf Dächern sient wie beispielsweise Antennen, Lüftungseinheiten, Motoren. Auch befinden sich regelmäßig auf Gebäudedächern die sog. Technikräume hinter Stahltüren. Mit Bepflanzung hat das, wie ich meine, nichts zu tun.

Hier nochmal der gesamte Text zu dieser Überschrift:

This information is a guide for space planning purposes. Primark Stores appointed Services and Architectural consultants must be consulted prior to detailed planning and requirements for external and internal areas will be advised on a project specific basis.

The appropriate areas of structural roof shall be designed to accept all the Tenant’s roof mounted plant and maintenance access together with any adjacent areas to permanent roof top plant rooms needed for temporary plant positioning in the course of being placed into its final position (all to the loadings detailed in section D).

Internal enclosed plant, tank and lift motor rooms to be complete with necessary louvres, bund walls and plant room doors.

Open air roof top area including all necessary plinths and bunds or other supports appropriately waterproofed. (Approximate total area …… sq ft based on ……. Sq ft gross).

When siting plant items, consideration must be given to economical routes of ductwork/services, and their proximity to load centres.

Provide facilities for hoisting and place into position any Tenant’s plant which it is agreed can be delivered during the shell contract. This option to be agreed between the developer and the Tenant.

Provide facilities and design allowances for placing and replacing all items of heavy plant during construction and after completion, to include apertures of adequate size together with suitable areas of slabs and roofs immediately adjacent and permanent positions capable of supporting the loading of such plants. These areas are to be approved by the Tenant's architect and will form part of the agreement drawings.
