Das "showing" gehört nicht dazu. Zudem überlässt man wohl einem Mieter kein Baugelände (wenn er bauen würde, wäre er kein Mieter) sondern einen Bereich oder ähnlich.

Explanation:
Das "showing" gehört nicht dazu. Zudem überlässt man wohl einem Mieter kein Baugelände (wenn er bauen würde, wäre er kein Mieter) sondern einen Bereich oder ähnlich.
