Könnte jemand freundlicher Weise hier drüberschauen. Ich bin mir mit der Übersetzung nich wirklich im Klaren.

Originaltext:

Any consents that require a waiver of a condition specifically aimed at the Tenant’s activities in the shell shall be first agreed with Primark prior to application for consent being made.

Meine Übersetzung:

Sämtliche Genehmigungen, die eine Verzichtserklärung bezüglich einer Bedingung, die sich speziell auf die Aktivitäten des Mieters im Rohbau bezieht, benötigen, bedürfen vor Antragstellung der vorherigen Zustimmung seitens Primark.
