English term or phrase: building systems
**Smart building technology** means the integration of **building systems**, technical components and energy systems (e.g. heating, air conditioning, warm water) with the aim to facilitate the handling and monitoring of building automation.


Mein Problem ist hier, wie ich die beiden Begriffe ("smart building technology" und "building systems") voneinander abgrenze. Hier meine bisherigen Ideen:

a) **Intelligente Gebäudetechnik** basiert auf der Integration von **Gebäudesystemtechnik**, technischen Komponenten und Energiesystemen (z.B. Heizung, Klimaanlage und Warmwasseranschluss) mit dem Ziel, die Steuerung und Überwachung der Gebäudeautomation zu erleichtern.

b) **Intelligente Gebäudetechnik** basiert auf der Integration von technischen, **Gebäude- und Energiesystemen** (z.B. Heizung, Klimaanlage und Warmwasseranschluss) mit dem Ziel, die Steuerung und Überwachung der Gebäudeautomation zu erleichtern.
