In einem Schreiben eines international tätigen US-Unternehmens der Spezialchemie an Kunden heißt es:
"I am pleased to enclose our new XYZ brochure, which includes our product portfolio for Building & Construction insulation, and our newly launched XYZ ***grades*** for the Packaging & Consumer Goods market."

XYZ ist ein Markenname.

Was kann ***grades*** hier bedeuten?

Explanation:
Das ist nur so ein Gedanke und würde eventuell passen, wenn ich das richtig verstehe. In der Stahlindustrie spricht man auch von "Grades" (Material), was als Güteklasse übersetzt wird. Daher mein Gedanke.

Explanation:
Etwas spekulativ, aber nach der Ernüchterung vom ersten Anlauf, hier noch ein Neuanfang:
Da es sich um ein Unternehmen der Spezialchemie handelt, könnte man u.U. davon ausgehen, dass purity grades gemeint sind, die mit Reinheitsgraden zu übersetzen wären.
Wahrscheinlicher sollte man aber hier doch Handelsklassen in Betracht ziehen.
