German translation: doppelte/doppelt ausgelegte/redundante Stromversorgung

English term or phrase:dual power supply
Hi, I'm translating a website text for a big construction company.
It talks about a prestigious old building that they're getting ready to modernize and make beautiful again. It's going to be an office building when it's finished.
The sentence in question goes:
"Provisions will include raised floors, suspended ceilings, full HVAC, solar control blinds, dual power supply, full CCTV and access control system."
What is the dual power supply here? *Please* no links to previously asked KudoZ questions because unlike those this is not about a device. It's obviously a feature incorporated in a building as an additional asset to be used by office tenants.

Explanation: Solange keine weiteren Details bekannt sind, würde ich um der Zweideutigkeit willen diese banale Übersetzung wählen.
Dabei bleibt absichtlich offen, ob es sich a) um eine redundante/Notstromversorgung im klass. Sinne handelt (z.B. Dieselaggregat), b) um eine doppelte Haupteinspeisung von verschiedenen Verteilern des Stromversorgers, oder c) um eine Hauptstromversorgung in Kombination mit einer erneuerbaren Quelle vor Ort (Solar, Wärmepumpe usw.).
Das ausführlichere "doppelt ausgelegt" klingt allerdings schon ein wenig nach "redundant", deswegen würde ich einfach "doppelt" schreiben.
Lange Rede kurzer Sinn: Manchmal tut's auch eine wörtliche Übersetzung. :-]
... können ja in der Regel den Bedarf im Gebäude (noch) nicht vollständig decken, spielen also eher eine ergänzende Rolle - es sei denn, sie sind mit Batteriespeichern gekoppelt.
... aus naheliegenden Gründen. Aber da heute viele Bürogebäude tendentiell einem Rechenzentrum gleichen (so wie mein Heimbüro :-]), wäre das schon denkbar, z.B. im Finanzsektor, Medien, Militär usw., wo mit großen Datenmengen gearbeitet wird bzw. Sicherheit an erster Stelle steht.
Ob nur ein Notstromaggregat gemeint ist oder nicht -- keine Ahnung.
