Steffen Walter: Und mit der Formulierung von Claus im Diskussionsbereich: "Da das Gelände/Grundstück in südlicher Richtung ansteigt, ..." (von "leicht" steht da erstmal nichts).

dkfmmuc: Zustimmung! EDIT: Auf alle Fälle in der vorliegenden Version, steigt leicht an ist ok. Sonst wäre ein anderes Verb im Originaltext für "ansteigen" verwendet worden.
