Viel Kontext ist nicht da, es handelt sich um ein Leistungsverzeichnis und im Speziellen um die empfohlenen Materialien für die Realisierung einer Autobahn. Dieser Pfeilertyp soll 5-6 Meter in den Boden gerammt werden und zwar überall dort, wo keine Ausschachtungen stattfinden, also auf natürlichem Bodenniveau oder an Böschungen.
