"The Development (das Bauvorhaben) will be structured in three ***condominiums***: (a) one main condominium comprising the full Development (hereinafter: the “General Condominium”); (b) a “sub-condominium” comprising the Hypermarket, the Retail Gallery, the Shopping Center and a part of the Open Parking (hereinafter: the “First Subcondominium”); and (c) a “sub-condominium” comprising the Hypermarket and the Retail Gallery (hereinafter: the “Second Subcondominium”);
In einem Referenztext wurde Condominium mit Teileigentum übersetzt. Das scheint hier aber nicht so griffig zu passen.
Habt Ihr vielleicht Vorschläge??

Rechtlich finde ich die bisherige Übersetzung schon passend, siehe z.B. http://www.rechtslexikon-online.de/Miteigentum.html . Wenn das aber eher ein nicht so formaler Text ist, entscheidest du dich vielleicht lieber doch für eine andere Variante.
