draining the fat from pan drippings of baked ham, then diluting the drippings
with 2 parts of water. In addition, you can make ham stock from a commercial

Ein anderer Ausdruck für den gleichen Sachverhalt wäre aber auch: "konzentrierte Schinkenbrühe" (was aber den bekannten Fertigbrühen in Pulver- oder Würfelform entspricht). |

Habe gerade zuviel an Börsentexten gearbeitet. - Aber von Schinkenbrühe (siehe unten) hab ich noch nichts gehört. Irgendetwas auf der Basis von Schinken. - Hast Du den Kontext?
