"sunny side up" ist ja wohl unser normales Spiegelei, aber was ist "over easy"?
Vielleicht "beidseitig gebraten"?

Ist zufällig mein Lieblings-Spiegelei. Im Deutschen gibt es aber meiner Meinung nach kein exaktes Äquivalent: das Spiegelei wird ganz kurz nochmal gewendet und dann serviert, so dass das Eigelb noch ganz und weich bleibt, der weiße Glibber aber ganz fest wird.

Explanation:
I don't have a translation but this is how I always order my fried eggs in the US. It's Spiegelei but the yolk is not hard and not too soft. It's turned just once and allowed to fry only for s couple of seconds.

The eggs are then cooked until the yolks are at a desired doneness, such as over easy (runny yolk), over medium (soft yolk), or over hard (firm yolk).
