Kennt jemand einen deutschen Ausdruck für "combination soup" oder wenigstens eine Definition?

Wenn man den Begriff in Search Engines eingibt, taucht er interessanter Weise immer zusammen mit Crab auf - also Crab Combination Soup.
Meisten ist das Rezept in die Kategorie Soup/Stew eingeordnet (siehe auch der Link unten).
Habe auch in einem meiner Asia-Kochbücher nachgesehen (deutsch), da taucht der Begriff Eintopf durchaus auf |
