noch ein Vorschlag, allerdings ebenfalls eine neue Wortschöpfung. Wikipedia: "Der Begriff Tranchieren bezeichnet das in Scheiben schneiden (franz.: tranche = Scheibe) oder das richtige und kunstvolle Zerlegen von zubereitetem Fleisch, Fisch, Geflügel aber auch von Obst und Gemüse.
Im Mittelalter gehörte es zur Ausbildung eines Pagen – also eines Anwärters zum Ritter – oder eines Mundschenks, diese Arbeitsgänge zu beherrschen. Oft wurden auch speziell ausgebildete Personen angestellt, die sich Trancheur nannten."
Zum Tranchierbesteck gehören auch "Werkzeuge für Obst und Gemüsedekoration, welche vor allem in der asiatischen Küche Verwendung finden".

Explanation:
Vermutlich der Mensch, der aus Möhren und Rüben diese dekorativen rosenartigen Dinge schnippelt. Da muss man wohl einen Begriff dafür erfinden - oder den Satz anders formulieren.
Und dann z.B. "Blumenschnippler" in Anführungszeichen ...

Bloomology is definitely not an established science [the definition under Bloomology.com is just a description of a flower delivery company), but a just a somewhat flowery term coined to describe the Japanese art/skill of vegetable carving.
