Es handelt sich um eine Aufzählung von Zutaten/Utensilien für ein aufwändig zelebriertes Festmahl, aus einem Essay von Harold Nicolson.
Bin hier etwas ratlos... "Wurzeln von Palmenmus" ergibt nicht allzuviel Sinn ;-) Wohl eher ein Brei aus Palmenwurzeln, aber kann man die überhaupt essen? Sind hier vielleicht Palmenherzen gemeint? Feinschmecker vor... :-) |
