Vielleicht ist das eine Lösung?
Ich weiß, dass bei Kaffee der Säuregehalt von großer Bedeutung ist, und ich probiere Kaffee sehr gerne aus, aber zitronig klingt dann doch eher ... sauer? Daher 'frisch' - ganz nach Meister Propers zitronenfrischer Tradition.
Vielleicht lässt sich ja auch etwas mit 'Zitrusfrüchten' oder so bauen wie im Vorschlag oben. Einen Beleg dafür habe ich jedenfalls gefunden, dazu noch für Sommeliers von Kaffee:
