Explanation:
Normalerweise bedeutet "Signature" etwa "Nach art des Hauses" - also etwas, was für ein Restaurant typisch ist, was hier allerdings nicht passt. Ich würde sagen, dass es sich hier ganz einfach um ein Sandwich handelt, das jemand immer wieder bestellt.

neutral  Katja Schoone: eigentl. eine super Idee, aber hier wird aus der Perspektive des Deli argumentiert, also dem Ladeninhaber und der hat ja wohl kein Lieblingssandwich./"Control Portions, Increase Profits" ist für mich eine klare Ansage an den Ladeninhaber

  -> Hallo Katja, ich muss ganz ehrlich sagen, dass dieser Text sehr zweideutig ist. Natürlich ist dem Kunden der Gewinn egal, aber was ist dieses "they layer" oder "they serve". Das ergibt dann nur Sinn, wenn der Text an einen Franchisebesitzer gerichtet ist.
