Hinterviertel vom Huhn / Hinterviertel am Stück


Explanation:
"Chicken Maryland" scheint der australische Begriff für den hinteren Teil eines quer halbierten Hähnchens zu sein, also Keulen und Rücken. (Wird der Rücken dann abgetrennt, spricht man von "Chicken Supreme".) Im deutschen Sprachraum wird das Huhn zwar längs geteilt in Vorder- und Hinterviertel, es gibt aber auch Hinterviertel am Stück, das sind beide durch einen Rückenteil verbundene Hinterviertel.

Oh, ich sehe gerade, die erste Quelle beschreibt auch nur ein Hinterviertel ("bottom half of the chicken has been cut into two"). Hinterviertel reicht also aus. :)
