Lonnie Legg: "Easy" ist entscheidend: Der Dotter darf nicht platzen. "Beidseitig angebraten" sind auch "eggs over HARD"--d. zwar auch bestellt werden, aber "Over-Easy"-Fans den Tag versauen können. Geht wohl nicht einfacher: "beids.gebr.Spiegelei.m.intaktem Dotter"

It's not easy to make eggs-over-easy. As far as I know, this is an American thing. A typical American breakfast consists of eggs-over-easy, bacon or sausage and hashbrowns.
