Eine ähnliche Idee wie das schon vorgeschlagene "sündhaft".
Es geht hier um ein Gericht, welches zu fett, zu süß, zu viel oder irgendwie anders ungesund ist. Man weiß es, aber genießt das Essen trotz eines schlechten Gewissens, weil es ein Genuß ist.
