Es gibt Stielkoteletts aus dem vorderen Teil des Rückens mit den Rippenenden, und es gibt Lendenkoteletts (mit anhaftendem Filet) aus dem hinteren Teil.

Ja, genau. Darum würde ich sie auch einfach als Steaks bezeichnen. Und Lammsteaks sind wohl immer "mini" verglichen mit Rindersteaks.

Jetzt, wo ich es nochmal anschaue, denke ich, man könnte auch Lammmedaillons sage, das ist auch ziemlich gebräuchlich, und da steckt das mini auch gleich mit drin.
