disagree  Andrea Pate-Cazal: many cheese cakes are hand fired, it has nothing to do with the brulee

agree  Johanna Timm, PhD: Stimmt genau: die Website, die unten von Andrea zitiert wird, enthält nur brulee cheesecakes, die kurz zum Karamelisieren in den Ofen geschoben wurden. Genau das bedeutet ja brulee auch.

  -> Na da hab ich mich ja selbst ausgezaehlt :-) Mein franzoesischer Ehemann hat mich ausgelacht und genau das beschrieben, was der Kunde dann als Erklaerung abgegeben hat ..
