Wenn es sich um ein elektrisches Set handelt, ist das wohl das Aufsatzteil, mit dem man eben die Nägel feilt, und das oft kegelförmig ist. Ich habe es mal auf Deutsch gegoogelt, da findet man meist aber nur "Aufsatzteile" und dann eben die Teile als Feile, Messer etc. aufgelistet. Ein paar Hits gibt's aber auch für Feilenaufsatz... s.u.
