Danke für die Hilfe. Die Entscheidung war schwierig, weil jede der 3 Antworten seine Berechtigung hat. Ich habe mich übrigens für Gesamtkosten der Bereitstellung (der Infrastruktur-Leistungen) entschieden, wofür man auch "Lieferkosten" sagen könnte.

The "delivered" part is actually redundant here, as "total" already covers the same idea. It's the sum of everything the user has to pay.

disagree  Dietrich Herrmann, MD, PhD: In this context the term "delivered" most assuredly is not redundant but refers to the cost of delivering the goods to the end user. IMHO the correct term would be Gesamtlieferkosten.
