Die aufgelisteten "Freedoms" sind die offiziellen Bestandteile des "Economic Freedom", eines Massstabs, der in den verschiedensten Zusammenhängen nicht nur auf Schwellenländer angewendet wird.
Wenn ich es übersetzen müsste - ich würde wie schon vorgeschlagen 'Arbeitsrechtliche Strukturen' schreiben. Im Folgenden ergibt sich ja ohnehin, was positiv und was negativ zu bewerten wäre. Denkbar wäre dann auch: Freiheit von arbeitsrechtlichen Einschränkungen / Freiheit von arbeitsrechtlichen Hindernissen.
Das muss wohl ein neuer Eintrag werden, weil es etwas grundlegend anderes ist.
PS.: Ich habe es in die Kommentarzeile von transcreators Antwort gepackt, das ist m.E. ganz ähnlich. Außerdem habe ich jetzt auf agree geändert, ich will ihn ja nicht für diesen Text bestrafen!
Of course this is Orwellian terminology, because for those guys "business freedom" means businessmen can do whatever deals they like, whereas on the contrary "labour freedom" means that workers are "free" from trade unions and are forbidden to join them. "Tax freedom" means you can conceal your income in a tax haven, to avoid paying your fair share of government costs.
