Einlage im Fall der Verteilung. Er kriegt also , aliquot, bei der Verteilung den Teil, der dem eingezahlten Teil seines Anteils entspricht, den Teil, der auf den noch nicht eingezahlten Teil seines Anteils entfiele, stundet er, das wird NUR bedient, insofern die Verteilungsmasse ausreicht.
