The Claim Submissions (das ist doch KEIN SUBJEKT!) enclosed an eMail fixture re-cap.
... die jedoch keinen Bezug zu der genauen Identität des Vertragspartners erlaubte.

Aus der anderen Fragestellung in diesem Zusammenhang schließe ich, dass es bei (pre-)fixture nicht um Entwurf/Vorentwurf geht, sondern um das im Betreff der email genannte. Könnte es also wohl sein, dass es sich
- entweder um im Betreff der email aufgeführte Festlegungen und vorläufige Festlegungen
- oder um im Betreff der email aufgeführte technische Anordnungen/Arrangements und Vormontagen
handelt und re-cap nur andeutet, dass es sich um eine Antwort auf eine email mit dem Betreff "fixture" oder die Wiederaufnahme des Themas/Betreffs "fixture" in der email handelt ?
Ohne den weiteren Kontext zu kennen, natürlich sehr spekulativ, daher CL1
