If at any time any of the Collateral Vessels becomes a Total Loss, then the Borrower shall forthwith prepay the outstanding Loan to the Lender (i) in case of a Total Loss of the Vessel, in full in the sum which has been advanced by the Lender prior to the date of mandatory prepayment together with interest on the amount so prepaid accrued up to the date of such prepayment and all other amounts which may be payable by the Borrower to the Lender pursuant to the Agreement or, (ii) iin case of a sale of a Sister Vessel, by an amount equal to the insurance proceeds paid or payable to the respective Sister Vessel Owner
