"Suppliers delivering material with recurrent deviations will be handled according to XXXX’s new method for deviating material. The system, called Q-level, consists of five different levels. The levels are described below, as well as our demands upon the suppliers.
Level 1: Bulk complaint with deviation
Level 2: Bulk complaint with recurrence of the deviation of level 1
Level 3: Bulk complaint of deviation on level 2, or a new deviation on other or the same article
Level 4: No evidence of improvement on level 3, but the supplier shows potential
Level 5: The supplier shows no potential of improvement
Ist mit Bulk complaint eine Massenbeschwerde gemeint?? Und warum heißt es dann (bei Level 1) "with deviation" und nicht "about deviation"???
Oder stehe ich komplett auf dem Schlauch?? Bin für jede Hilfe dankbar!! |
