Context:

A series of slides (from Exxon) entitled

"Non-Retail Surplus Assets Divestment Decision Tree".

I guess one could translate part of this as Entscheidungsbaum (or: Entscheidungsschema) für die Veräußerung überzähliger Anlagen (or similar), but I can't get at the "non-retail".

The rest of the "context" consists of loads of little boxes and arrows with yes/no next to them such as:

- Was site ever in industrial use?
- Sell for continued petroleum use
- Is site likely to be condemned?
- Is site likely to be developed for residential use?

etc.

All ideas appreciated!

Explanation:
Ich würde hier "im Nicht-Handelsbereich" oder zusammen geschrieben "Nichthandelsbereich" sagen (Einfach googeln!). Zudem scheint mir "überzählig" im kommerziellem Sinne nicht zutreffend. Eher "entbehrlich", "überschüssig" oder gar "nichtwesentlich". Für "assets" würde ich auch eher "Aktiva" wie in Bilanzen nehmen.
"Veräußerung" und "Entscheidungsbaum ist, denke ich, OK, dafür gibt es viele Belege.

Yes, "Nichthandelsbereich" sounds really good.
Incidentally, "Anlagen" had already been agreed upon as the most suitable translation for "assets" (these charts are related to a similar translation in which "Anlagen" was used). Thanks for your help!

ok, i\'m thinking a non-retail asset is not a service station, Tankstelle, but a field which may or may not have been mined for oil.
